I find The Roxbury at Stratton Falls incredible. I adore it, and the original motel too. It is beyond taste.” – London Daily Telegraph

Yes, we have two hotels down the road from each other. Yes, no matter where you are staying you can enjoy the benefits of both locations. Yes, we have detailed theme rooms in all price ranges. Yes, we have full-service spas at both the motel and at Stratton Falls . Yes, we have a trail system around and leading to the base of a 50’ waterfall. Yes, we just said 50’ waterfall. Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool. Yes, we are in the gorgeous Catskill Mountains of New York State surrounded by the bevy of indoor and outdoor attractions that they offer.

But what are we ABOUT?

Hmmm. Difficult to summarize, but if we had to use one word it would be FUN. On this website, you can read about the different kinds of themed rooms and suites at The Roxbury Motel or the themed mansion rooms and tower cottages at The Roxbury at Stratton Falls and how they came about. But ultimately if you do not at least smile (and hopefully sometimes gasp) when you open the door to your room, then we have not done our job. We want you to feel that immediacy of emotion that seeing a great film or play can produce. Only instead of just watching the production, we want to provide you with the ability to be IN the production. To live the fantasy.

Imagine if Alice in Wonderland married Willy Wonka and set up residence in Oz. THAT’s what we want The Roxbury Experience to be.

We want our rooms to be more than a place to stay. We want them to entertain you.
